Crone Traverso 440 Hz
Johann August Crone (Leipzig, 1727 – 1804) took over his father's workshop after his father died. The workshop was substantial, employing 30
workers and 10 to 12 apprentices. The diversity in appearance of Crone’s instruments is a result of the size of his workshop.
The original of this flute is kept in Berlin. It has remarkable proportions on the original for a 440 Hz reduction.
